Hi, Honestly, you will have hard time finding anything (be it semi auto or revolver) that likes steel case 380ACP. Steel cases do not expand like brass cases do and there will be more carbon deposits from flow-back. It will make extraction harder, especially in an already tight chamber. Only gun I heard that likes steel case 380 is CZ83 (380 version). But don't take my word for it. If I were you, I would sell those ammo if possible. From my experience, Ruger LCPII, Glock, MP, Khar, etc do not like steel case 380 at all. I hope this helps.
Taurus and charter arms make a 380acp revolver..but they are not currently in stock
David, sory you had an issue with the ammunition. I would look into the Taurus .380 ACP UL Revolver -- https://www.shootingtimes.com/editorial/taurus-380-revolver-review/365617
