Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM. EST Monday through Friday or use the Blue "Chat Now" button on the bottom right and they will help you. If you need to email FFL to Buds, use Buds info is FFL@BudsGunShop.com - Fax : 1-800-804-5569 and phone number is 1-859-368-0371. Buds do not take email inquiry. To get in touch with representative, call is the only option. I hope this helps.
