This AR ckassified as a pistol. In Connecticut The following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic handguns with a detachable magazine and one or more of the following features: 1.Magazine that attaches outside of the pistol grip 2.Threaded barrel 3.Barrel shroud 4.Manufactured weight of 50oz or more 5.Magazine capacity exceeding 10 rounds So this Pistol checks every box in the prohibited list. The rifle version unfortunately would be prohibited as well.
