Hello! Any firearm purchased from Bud's must be sent to an FFL (Federal Firearm Licensed) dealer despite whatever state you may reside in. Karen, as long as you are legally able to purchase, firearms are relatively simple to order. Just find what you want, add it to your Cat at Buds, select a nearby FFL dealer based on your Zip Code, checkout and pay. Buds will ship your firearm to your selected FFL Dealer who will contact you, as Buds includes your contact info with the firearm. Once received, your FFL Dealer will contact you, have you come in and do the paperwork and pay a transfer fee which averages $25 to $40 and you take your firearm home. Cheers and stay safe!
It must go to the FFL holder of your choice. Not a difficult process.
yes it will go to a local FFL (that you choose) to have the transfer paperwork done place item in cart. go to checkout. select FFL to be shipped to (can select or change later) continue to payment select payment type . after payment completed firearm ships to your chosen FFL and you pay him a transfer fee and do paperwork. The transfer fee amount is up to the receiving FFL holder normally between $15.00 and $35.00
Hi. I used to live in NJ. It's not the most firearms friendly state. You can buy online. You can have it shipped to a shop of your choice...however...NJ does not allow any magazines over 10-rounds capacity. The magazines will have to be pinned if they are over the 10 round limit....before they come to NJ. For this reason there is usually an extra charge...or some sellers don't even want to bother with shipping to NJ. Best bet is to choose a firearm with 10-round magazines. Get ready to pay lots of NJ fees....you know how it works there....they charge for everything and set annoying time limits. Apply for the pistol permit. Once you get it, you have 90 days to purchase. That 90 days includes wait time. You need to apply for a pistol permit for each purchase. Bud's is fast and reliable. My dad still lives in NJ and he uses them.
