The thunderbolts work ok (dirty) in my 1022 and Ruger MKII so it should be fine but as you know especially with 22 pistols they can be ammo picky. the rifles seem to be more forgiving and work fine with more types of 22lr ammo

Yes, the "thunderbolts are loaded on the hefty side power wise and should cycle any firearm designed for 22LR ammunition including Semi-Auto's.
