Anthony, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they are still doing this at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Hi Anthony, Yes, you can purchase this gun with New York Compliant Magazines. If 10rd mag is available, Buds will change your mag for that before shipping.
