Percy, I would remove and check the Bolt Carrier Group and make sure the firing pin is correct and moving freely. If you still have issues, for warranty reasons I would contact the Manufacturer for advice/service especially since it is new. Cheers and stay safe!
Hi, Check if there is a firing pin mark on the ammo primer after you pull the trigger. If there is a firing pin mark on the primer, it could be a light strike or ammo issue. Try different brands or boxes of ammo to be sure. If the problem still persists, check your firing pin. Contact the customer service of the gun manufacturer to check with them. include evidence and pictures to help them determine the issue. I hope this helps.
