Hi, Both the full size and compact ships with the medium module grip. So they are of the same wide and identical in feel with exception of the grip height. Full size has longer grip while compact model got shorter grip to accommodate shorter magazine. If you want to change grip, you can purchase P320 grip module. I hope this helps.

the full size grip is right at 1/4 inch longer the width is the same
