Do you want to hold the shells by buttstock or the receiver? For buttstock, pretty much all buttstock shell holders will universally work on Emperor MX5 shotgun. For receiver shell holder, check out "TRINITY 6 Round Shotshell Shell Holder". They work great with this shotgun too. For light, you already have rail under the forend, so any light that is Picatinny rail mount will work fine.
