NY compliant AR15's are gonna be hard to come by right now, AX tactical builds NY comliant they are pricey (around $1265) but considering that this is pretty much a custom built AR its not that bad they can be found here https://www.axtactical.com/ax-tactical-vulcanx15-ar-pistol-ny
