William, the specifications are identical for Both. Beretta Customer Service may be able to cite the exact difference at 1-800-BERETTA (2373882) extension 2003

LE Model (the one you selected) barrel is a fixed choke and not screw in. LE model didn't opt to include the new choked models. The J131T18C model is few hundreds more expensive but come with screw in chokes. I hope this helps!
