John, the Speed Beez J Frame Speed Loader will still fit even with the Hogue Grips Sir. The HKS and others will bind up. Cheers!

HKS speed loader (other other speed loader of equal size) WILL NOT FIT. However, Speed Beez J Frame Speed Loader WILL FIT with Hogue Grips. I hope this helps!
