David, The firearm is not prohibited in MD. Only the standard capacity magazine that is MD prohibited. Just request BUDs to pull the standard capacity magazine. Then buy your own MD restricted Galil magazines.
YES, MD LEGAL. However, the 30rd Magazine is not legal in MD, contact Buds customer service to ship the firearm with reduced capacity or without the mag. I hope this helps!
