Ben, Buds does not have the CA compliant in stock Sir. These were among the first to sell out at the start of the pandemic. I would check on large gun and accessory sites like (6)un (8)roker as discontinued and hard to find firearms and accessories show up for sale by private individuals and small shops. Just replace (6) & (8) with G & B.
In stock here https://battlehawkarmory.com/product/smith-wesson-12001-mp15-sport-ii-ca-compliant-223-rem5.56-nato-16-101-matte-black As far as slings magpul, blueforce, viking tactical all make good ones https://www.primaryarms.com/Brand+Viking-Tactics https://magpul.com/firearm-accessories/slings/slings.html https://www.blueforcegear.com/slings/weapon-slings And a light. Lights are all about how much you want to spend Mod light and surefire are top of the line but expensive, streamlight and plight are good mid tier, or there are lots of entry level lights to that can be under $100
