Are you using the mobile view on like your phone? I was trying to order something on my phone earlier and it wouldn't go through. When I chatted in to them they suggested going to the bottom of the page and selecting "view full website" then going through checkout that way, and it went through fine. They do have their IT team looking in to it and getting it fixed, but swapping to full view on a mobile device worked for me.

The first answer worked for me. Going to view full website, and I was able to pay on my layaway.
