Frederick, you can click on - Order Status/ Account - You Orders - find your order and click View Order - you can then print out a copy of your invoice or take a screenshot of it to email to yourself. Buds Customer Service can help if you cannot at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
