Is it normal for an in-stock pistol to take up to a week to process and give the clear to ship to an FFL dealer even though they charge your card instantly? I am very leery about a company that instantly debits your account and then says it will take seven days to ship. Call me paranoid but I dont take a 700 dollar purchase lightly.

I agree Greg, but I have ordered many firearms from Buds and 7 days is a worst case scenario. Average to your FFL after processing is 2 to 3 business days depending on where in the US you are. You can look at the FedEx Transit Time Map here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/shipping.php
