An exemption to the state handgun roster exists in Section 32100(a) of the California Penal Code for single-action revolvers if they meet certain requirements on barrel length(4 inches), overall length, and capacity. https://northamericanarms.com/releases/naa-announces-4-sidewinders/
Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: ✔ Single-action revolversthat have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted. This has a barrel length of 2.5" and is not on the CA DOJ list so it would not be legal to ship to California. NO, they are NOT CA compliant. Only model that is compliant are the 1.1 inch barrel model which are listed in CA roster. Another legal model is the 4 inch model that meet the CA rule exemption. I hope this helps!
