Emackn1, the only difference is the barrel twist rate. Buds 41861 is 1 in 12 inches and Buds 97567 is 1 in 9 inches. Cheers and stay safe!
Model 03090 has a 1 in 12 rate of twist, while model 03092 has a 1 in 9 rate of twist. Everything else appears to be exactly the same.
