Bradley, this should be the latest model according to UPC code. This is a stock photo used by most online vendors. You can call Buds for verification at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday). Also, if you ever find anything you don't like on a firearm, you can refuse transfer for a replacement or refund per Bud's policy.
