Can't be more then a couple years old. And at 90%-100% condition, its gotta be like new or new condition. And I'm gonna guess very light use of this gun in this exceptional condition. You are likely looking at low hundreds of rounds through it if even.
Seth, Buds is a very conservative rater of used guns. If they rate as excellent then it should be excellent. Their policy is that you should inspect every firearm at your FFL before taking ownership and if anything is to your dismay - refuse transfer for a suitable replacement or refund.
