Will the Glock 45 accept all after market sights that would otherwise be okay for a Glock 19-4 or 19-5. Not talking about MOS.

All factory Glock sights are interchangeable. The only difference is the elevation of sight. The correct sight height for 10mm/45acp are a different height than the other calibers. However, you SHOULD NOT BE CONCERN about this as Glock 45 sight works perfectly and are the same with Glock 19. I hope this helps!

the Glock 45 is a G19 slide on a G17 grip any sights that fit the G19 will fit the G45.
