I would Buds Customer Service to verify they will ship to your C&R License. Call 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. OR use the blue "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner 9am - 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am - 7pm Sunday. You would need to send Buds a copy of your C&R License by email or fax at FFL@BudsGunShop.com or Fax : 1-800-804-5569. I hope this helps!
