NO, this is NOT New Jersey compliant even without the magazine. CHECK laws here ( https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf ) This rifle has telescopic stock, flash suppressor, and pistol grip. Two or more of these features make the gun illegal to own in NJ. I hope this helps
No sir not legal in NJ The following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least twoof the following features: 1.Folding / telescoping stock 2.Pistol grip 3.Bayonet lug 4.Flash suppressor 5.Threaded barrel 6.Grenade launcher You might look for a ruger mini 14 as there are nj compliant versions of that rifle out there
Dwayne, no Sir. Even with no Magazines - In NJ - Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1.Folding / telescoping stock 2.Pistol grip 3.Bayonet lug 4.Flash suppressor 5.Threaded barrel 6.Grenade launcher - are not legal.
Dwayne, this is not legal in the Peoples Republik of NJ. Too many evil features--flash hider, telescoping stock, pistol grip. To make this gun Jersey legal, you would need to have the stock pinned, replace the flash hider with a muzzle break and have it pinned, and, of course, r/p the 30 rd mag with a 10 rd mag.
