all 6 and 10 - inch barrels are interchangeable with the MK XIX , MK VII Desert Eagle frames . The Desert Eagle L5 can only use the 5 - inch barrels and the 5 - inch barrels can only be used on the L5 frame . NO, the L5 frame can only use the 5 - inch barrels. The 6 inch 50 AE barrel will only work on MK XIX , MK VII Desert Eagle frames. I hope this helps.
