Dexter, yes Sir. Details under Shotguns here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/maryland_restrictions.pdf
I would contact a local ffl, gun group, or attorney, I think Buds info may be outdated, Huron Valley guns had this listed as restrictions on shotguns. "Shotguns The following are prohibited: Shotguns with a capacity over 10 rounds. Semi-automatic shotgun that has a folding stock or pistol grip (not including telescoping [collapsible] stock). Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder. Short-barreled shotguns." The JTS has a pistol grip, and is semi auto
buds Maryland page it says "List of Specified Regulated / Banned 'Weapons': This list is not exhaustive and is only what was provided by state of Maryland legislation. These specified firearms and their copiesare prohibited AK-47 in all forms" So they define ALL AK's as "banned Weapons" the JTS is an AK shotgun, call any gunshop and ask, you could also call the state police directly, or you could take a chance with what some guys on the internet told you who don't even live in Maryland.
