There are 2 models that look the same and I'm trying to figure out the difference. One is for $409 model 051497490 and the other for $302 051529490. All the specs look the same but what is the difference that I don't see.

Clifton, this is a case of the 051529490 has a "lot" in stock and the 051497490 just has a few. Buds prices fluctuate according to inventory levels. ( This could put similar items at lower or higher prices than normal). Specs are the same.
