This item reflects a 10 RD mag while the Bersa original mag contained only 7. How does this affect the grip of the pistol? Seems odd the mag would extend this far below the pistol grip.

Many single stacks are doing this now to give those woth bigger hands more area to get a good grip  and they either sell sleeves or most have a built on grip extension.so you get added capacity and added grip purchase its a win win
