Yes sir Comes with optic installed and factory zeroed, but includes the cover plate with rear iron attached. That is the Law Enforcement discounyed model of you are a qualified professional jump on that deal if not and you need the civilian version it can be found here https://www.glockstore.com/SIG-P365-9mm-3.7-Optic-Ready

Keith, Yes this QP P365XL special does ship with a replacement sight base. So you can replace optic with rear sight.
