Yes the Hellcat can be MD compliant ypu can look at approved handguns here and filter by manufacturer https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MSPBridgeClient/#/home And it list the Hellcat as approved The only problem is springfield doesn't make a 10 round magazine for the hellcat So you would have to order the gun use the high capacity magazine removal service then find a licensed ffl that would be willing to pin a magazine to 10 rounds to make ot compliant, or maybe instead of having the.magazine removed see if you can arrange for the ffl to pin the magazines that it comes with to 10
