No hand gun specified, but it is true buds has the high capacity magazine removal service, to be able to sell guns to citizens of states where magazine capacity is limited. But they do not replace with compliant magazines, and the firearm must meet all other requirements for compliance in order to be eligible. Walter, you did not specify a hand gun. If the high capacity magazine is the only illegal feature, Bud's will remove the magazine for you, however, they will not replace it. During the checkout process, after you choose your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want the magazine removed. No need to call customer service.

Walter, Yes if the standard magazine capacity s the only state restriction BUDs will pull the standard magazine and ship with no magazine. As far as 10 round magazine availability. There is probably no firearm by any major manufacturer you cannot find 10 round magazines for.
