Stephen, I would say no, Sir. Not as configured with 15rd Magazine limit restriction. I would ask someone whose business is to be expert in your local laws, your local FFL Dealer. --- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_laws_in_Colorado
is kind of like Chicago has a 15rd limit but cook county has a 10rd limit and the state of Illinois has a 10 round limit. The country is trending more and more towards encouraging cities to set their own limits and regulations, its like that in Canada, and they lose more and more of their rights daily. I would contact either the local branch of the ATF for clarification Division Contact Information 950 17th Street, Suite 1800 Denver, Colorado 80202 Voice: (303) 575-7600 Fax: (303) 575-7601 Email: DenverDiv@atf.gov Twitter: @ATF_Denver----------- Or a local FFL (gun shop)
Stephen, The standard magazine capacity of this firearm would blow you out of the water for CO compliance. That is my thoughts. Best bet is to call your favorite local FFL and they will be able to give you a definitive answer for your locality.
Illegal due to mag capacity
