Josh, good to go in NJ as configured, just don't replace the muzzle brake with a flash hider. Not so sure it is pinned on. A threaded barrel is only 1 evil feature and you are ok. If you replace muzzle brake with a flash hider, that is the 2nd evil feature and it could put you in deep doo doo.
