Yes sir, I donated the full spec sheet for this pistol off if Thompson centers website and it says " All barrels are drillend and tapped for scopemount" Full spec sheet here https://www.tcarms.com/pdfs/uploads/manuals/TC_Encore_Pistol_FrameBbl_Spec_Sheet.pdf

DeWayne, yes Sir, it is Drilled & tapped. You would just need to remove the Rear Sights to install a Scope Mount. Cheers and stay safe!
