I have the Remington V3 TAC-13, how do you get the 4 filler screws on top out of the receiver?   They're so tiny, I have no tool small enough... Are they a specific size?

I wear glasses to correct my vision, I have a couple different pairs that have different sizes screws in them and I  have screw driver sets that go with them i have bought at various optometrist offices, and these have worked well for various rail installations including my Ruger 10/22 and my western field 30-30 and they are super inexpensive and even sell them at Walmart, Krogers, and safeway.
