I havent purchased anything from buds or any online retailers for a few months but have had some issues with buds site. I switched from using Chrome, to using a browser called Brave ( it was developed by the guy who originally made firefox) and ive had much better luck since switching. One other thing you might try is down at the very bottom. Of the page there if you are accessing the site through a phone or mobile device theres a button that says "View Full Website" which will load the desk top version. Of your still not able to get it to load properly and buds is closed then i don't think you have any other options maybe try switching payment methods as the Credit card tab is a different one then the pay by ACH ( electronic check) or credova or something.
