Id double check that with a local ffl, as these are actually classified as pistols and are banned in a lot of places. Based on the requirements buds shows for your state i dont see any banned features but there was a lenghty discussion about whether these were legal in CA and many on here said they were fine, and it turned out they are not legal in CA they are banned in NY state as well
