Looking at the Emperor Arms 12ga (buds #411559049) but site says it's can't be shipped to CA since it's not on the roster. The roster is only handguns. This is a pump shotgun with 4 round capacity? Meets overall length and Q&A on that page say it's legal. What gives?

Mark, Sure seems like this shotgun is CA compliant. Obviously there is some confusion. BUDs will clear up 0nce you contact them. There have been many issues on the website they are dealing with and this seems to be one of them/.
