Mayela, Yes this muzzle device will fit. It is as simple as screwing it on the threaded barrel.

Yes it will fit as the Keltech is chambered on 556/223 and has a Thread Pattern 1/2"-28 thread pattern, which is the same cailber and TPI as this muzzle break. It is super easy to switch out muzzle devices, you can remove the old one with wrench, then you put on a new crush washer (these cost less then $1) then you tighten it down and your good to go.
