Ryan, there is no way to tell without the Serial Number Sir. I don't think Buds gives these out. Cheers and stay safe. Customer Service may be able to find out from their Inventory Dept at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
Ryan, I assume you are worried about the consumer safety alert. The way guns have been selling, I doubt if any of these guns are pre-Feb 2019. But there is always a possibility. I wouldn't let that stop me from buying the gun, only a small number of guns were affected, and it is a rather easy fix. If, by chance, it was made prior to Feb 2109, you can send the bolt to S&W, and they will inspect it and replace it if necessary. You can also order the free M&P15-22 BOLT INSPECTION GAUGE Part Number: 3012155 if you feel comfortable doing it yourself. S&W will send you a replacement bolt if necessary.
You can inspect the fun before taking possession of it from the ffl, of you suspect it to have a bad bolt yoi can refuse transfer for a full refund, or have sw replace the boot at no cost. Good article here on the process to inspect the rifle https://www.shootingillustrated.com/articles/2019/3/12/smith-wesson-issues-mp-15-22-safety-alert/
