Cory, not legal with 30 round magazine. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/maryland_restrictions.pdf Bud's can remove the magazine for you during checkout, after you choose your FFL, but it will be up to you to replace it with 10rd magazines.
Unfortunately even with the high capacity magazibe removed it is still not MD legal "The following are prohibited: ✘Rifles with a capacity over 10 rounds. ✘Semi-automatic rifles with a detachable magazine and have any TWOof the following features: 1.Folding stock (Not including telescoping [collapsible] stock) 2.Grenade launcher or flare launcher 3.Flash suppressor" This rifle has an adjustable stock, detachable magazine, a flash suppressor, and the 30 round magazine, so it is a no go.
This gun has a collapsible/telescoping stock, not a folding stock, which is permitted in MD. The flash suppressor is only one evil feature if you take away the 30rd magazine.

James G, thanks for the correction. You are correct about the lightweight barrel, which I overlooked. And sorry Cory, looks like a no go in MD.
