From the manufactures website Bergara 6.5 Creedmoor HMR PRO Magazine: AICS style detachable Mag Capacity: 5 round mag provided, 3 round mag: 6.5 PRC https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/714015726 That should fit no problem

Gerald, this 5rd magazine does not hold the top round high enough at the chamber for a smooth transition. I would contact Magpul about a replacement at 877-4MAGPUL (877-462-4785) 10:00-6:00 CST, M-F
