Can I make the final layaway payment ON the "full payment due by" date, or is the day before that date the last day I can make a payment? At what time of day is the deadline in which I don't get refunded any payments at all if I cancel?

Call buds during buissnes hours at 859-368-0371, 9am-9pm eastern Mon-Fri 
use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday

I just had to get on the chat about a half hour ago and it was super quick and easy.
