Can I make the final layaway payment ON the "full payment due by" date, or is the day before that date the last day I can make a payment? At what time of day is the deadline in which I don't get refunded any payments at all if I cancel?

Joseph, Yes you have all day on the final payment due date. Right up to 11:59 pm. 12 am is too late. That is the next day after final payment due date.
