Strangely enough, its not eligible. I'm often shocked to see pre-owned guns ineligible to offers when new guns are. You would think there's more meat on the bone of a used gun. So it appears the new ones aren't bottom dollar priced, but the used ones are? At my local shop, all used guns are negotiable. They should be too. I realise their is a floor, but there certainly isn't a msrp for used merchandise. You'll never find 2 alike and each should be flexible on price. But this one isn't. Why? I don't know.
