yes, but you need to either buy the C.O.R.E version (comes with a factory milled slide), buy a dovetail mount, or send the slide out to an after market company to have the slide milled. And even then you can only use a micro reddot optic, like a holosun 507/508k, trijicon rmr cc, a romeo 0, a romeo 1, a rms shield, or a Crimson trace LL801
