So from what I've read the issue with magazine compatibility is that the legion has a flared magwell so the magazines have a swell on top of the baseplate, the Spartan is functionally a basic p938 with some cosmetic upgrades it doesn't have the flared magwell of the legion so there could be issues seating the magazines. But the standard (Flat baseplate) p938 magazines are supposed to work with this model.
