Gene, Bud's will remove the magazines at your request, but will not replace them. When checking out, after choosing an FFL, a box will pop up giving you the choice of removing mags or including them. Not sure if Bud's would include them, but it would be illegal for you to receive them. Your FFL would be legally required remove them if they were included.
Buds does remove high capacity magazines they however do not replace them with 10 rd those need purchased separately Full size pistol magazine here https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/32911
Gene, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines if available. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
