Does the Optic Plate use the existing rear iron sight when you pull it off? I was wondering if I could co-witness iron sights with an RDO, for the Masada.

The rear sights are not attached to the cover plate, but the rear sights that come with the Masada are standard height and would not cowitness with a reddot. You could however put on after market suppressor height sights to cowitness.

From what ive seen these are supposed to fit the Masada and will cowitness
