If you google the upc #4806015516231 every site selling this pistol says 9+1, so you may have been looking at a similar yet different model in RIA'S site or they just messed up. But this is a 9 round magazine plus holds one in the pipe.
Dave, RIA/Armscor website is correct. The magazines are 10rd in 9mm. They are sold separately here (1st mag listed) : https://www.armscor.com/parts-accessories/magazines/
That's incorrect James, if you download the spec sheet from RIA's website it says 9rds, the info page says 10 rd but this is a typo, download the spec sheet here https://cdn2.hubspot.net/hubfs/559399/Armscor_March2020%20Theme/images/51623---Rock-Ultra-FS.jpg Plus there every online retailer selling this says its 9rd. RIA had a typo on their website.
